Steyer in New Hampshire

After a decade of activism on the issue, Steyer said he would declare a federal emergency on climate change on his first day in the White House.

“I will give the Congress 100 days to pass some form of Green New Deal, and if they don’t. I will use the emergency powers of the presidency,” he said.
