CNN to hold climate town hall for candidates: Can Inslee make it?

CNN will broadcast a Sept. 4 town hall on the climate crisis, in which Democratic presidential hopefuls can hold forth, at least those who meet qualifications for the September candidates’ debates.

Eight candidates have so far met the qualifications. Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, the self-identified “climate candidate,” has not — yet.
