Castro on climate change

You call for a Marshall Plan for Central America, and we very often hear calls for Marshall Plans, for whatever crises there are in the world, but I don’t hear a huge emphasis on the environment in your view. So where are you on that? Are you for a Green New Deal?

I am. I like the concept of a Green New Deal, but let me relate it back to, very briefly, this immigration plan. I actually, in my immigration plan, I say that we should set aside slots for refugees who are fleeing from climate change specifically, which would be new in our country.
