Julián Castro releases part of new climate plan, with Jay Inslee's input

While climate-focused Gov. Jay Inslee, D-Wash., may no longer be a presidential contender, remaining candidates are picking up the torch. Former HUD Secretary Julián Castro Tuesday released his policy proposal — created with input from Inslee’s team — to address climate change, calling it “the greatest existential threat to our future.”
