Gov. Bullock creates climate change council

Gov. Steve Bullock signed an executive order Monday creating the “Montana Climate Solutions Council” to, among several tasks, prepare the state for climate impacts and come up with a plan by June 2020 for the state to achieve net greenhouse gas neutrality by 2035.
