Hickenlooper on climate change


Near the end of his speech, Hickenlooper sketched a broad policy agenda that touched on health care, climate change, voting rights and a laundry list of progressive causes.

“When I’m president, we will declare as a country that health care is a right,” he said. And later: “We’ll bring the same relentless innovation we used to land on the moon to save our planet.”
