Delaney in Iowa

Delaney, who is the only candidate to visit all 99 of Iowa’s counties, championed his $4 trillion climate change plan, which he said he was confident he would get passed in his first 100 days, if elected.

“You know why I’m so confident I’ll get this done? Because I introduced this bill in Congress and it had bipartisan support,” said Delaney. “It is the only big thing on climate that has has climate support.”

Maryland congressman wants to capture carbon dioxide pollution heating the planet and transport it in pipelines criss-crossing U.S., a vastly different climate change plan from his Democratic contemporaries.
