Ocasio-Cortez calls Jay Inslee's climate plan the 'gold standard'

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) has chosen a winner among the White House candidates who have proposed a climate policy proposal so far: Jay Inslee.
